Elevated the brand through modernized iconography, a refined logo treatment, and a more cohesive visual system. Developed the GearTrack logotype to support industrial applications of Cox2M technology, and refined the LotVision logo lockup with added expanded iconography and usage guidelines.

Mapped cross-functional user journeys across operations, IT, and executive stakeholders to align product messaging, technical validation, and ROI-driven decision-making. Led end-to-end UX/UI strategy for a fully responsive website, including stakeholder alignment, user research, personas, journey mapping, and information architecture.
