Produce investor-ready materials that clarified complex property details, accelerated deal communication, and supported transactions at multi-million and billion-dollar scale.
Challenge

OMs needed to communicate complex property data and market positioning to investors and capital market buyers.

Prior OMs were inconsistent, overly dense, or lacked visual clarity.

Fast turnaround deadlines typical in capital markets (tight transaction windows).

Created a modular design system for OMs (consistent layouts, data visualization styles, photo treatments).

Built templates to accelerate production while keeping high polish.
